Article Thinking about leaving?
It’s always a disappointment when someone tells me that they’re leaving BNI – we’re a sort of family and if someone leaves it feels life they have not really become part of that family.
BNI works for me because I get really engaged with the people I meet every week – not everyone at the same level – and with those I know well, we work as a team to explore opportunities for each other where we can do business.
So when someone tells me they’re going, then perhaps they have not really got stuck in to make it work for them – I always urge them to stay and make it work. I’m pitching for a £500k account this afternoon – guess where the lead can from? Yup, my chapter!
